Fime is the world’s leading provider of software functional testing to manufacturers of electronic payment devices such as credit cards and smartphones and to banks. Fime’s activities were considered, despite their potential, not strategic enough by its shareholder Orange to invest in.
Chequers acquired a 100% interest in Fime alongside its management team in a complex carve-out transaction due to Fime’s extensive geographical presence and its integration within Orange.

Value creation

Value creation revolves around an ambitious organic growth plan based on the development of new services complementary to those related to software functional testing of payment devices and the extension of the group's footprint to new geographical areas. External growth is also considered to further accelerate Fime’s growth and expand its addressable market.
