The Company sells products from all leading third party brands like 3M, Avery and Orafol, as well as their own brand ImagePerfect. Spandex has leading market positions in 13 European countries and in Australia. Customers are served through 28 efficiently located sites across these countries.

Since the company was founded in of the company in 1976, Spandex’ management team has successfully transformed and grown the business to reach a leading position in its markers over the past few years. In addition to growing organically, Spandex significantly enhanced its market position through several add-on acquisitions over recent years.

In a secondary buyout Chequers together with the management team acquired 100% of the shares from Gilde.
