Jiliti Group mainly offers maintenance services for IT infrastructure and datacenters to French corporate clients, ranging from mid-sized companies to large accounts. The company also offers design and integration services of IT infrastructure and datacenters.
Historically a subsidiary of listed IT services group Econocom, Jiliti Group became independent in 2020, an operation led by its Management team with the support of Chequers as majority shareholder.
Value creation
Value creation project is organized around 3 axes. First, implementing the carve-out from Econocom Group, through a reinforcement in central functions at EBC. Then, organic growth through the widening of the service offer toward customers. Finally, implementing a targeted external growth policy, especially in Europe.Investment year
